While the event is open to all students and recent graduates of The Ohio State University, it will be marketed primarily to students in the following academic areas.

  • The five colleges of the Arts and Sciences: Arts, Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Biology, Mathematical and Physical Sciences
  • Fisher College of Business
  • Education and Human Ecology
  • Health Management, Health & Wellness, and Geriatrics & Gerontology

Payment Information (does not include Interview Day):

Non-Profit & Government Registration - $125 (limited to the first 33 organizations and/or agencies)

Corporate Registration - $425

Registration includes parking and meals for two representatives, and a brief company profile in the Spring Career Day Guidebook. The charge for each additional representative is $30. If you are unable to participate in the event, you can place a full-page ad in the Student Guidebook for $20.

Refund Policy -No refunds will be granted after March 14, 2008. Please inform us of your inability to attend before this deadline.

For an additional $200, you may choose to reserve a suite over-looking the football field. You'll experience the luxury of a quiet space for speaking with and possibly interviewing students away from the crowd. Only a limited amount of suites are available. This option include's one table outside of your suite, full-page ad in the guidebook, parking passes and food and beverage for two representatives. When registering select "O-H-I-O Ultimate Addition – Ohio Stadium Suite" to claim your's.

Employer Eligibility - The event is open to employers who are seeking to fill internships, full-time, or part-time positions within their own companies or organizations. Additionally, recruiters from educational programs and non-profit organizations whose mission relates to fostering awareness about employment options for college students are welcome to participate.

Directions and Parking

Visitor parking is available throughout the day in the Tuttle Parking Garage. When you enter the garage, you will need to take a “spitter ticket” from the machine. If you’re a registered recruiter, when you check-in for the event you will receive a parking pass to use when you exit the garage.

The Tuttle Parking Garage is directly across from the Ohio Stadium. The Huntington Club Entrance is within a very close range from the garage, and one can easily walk to the location by walking around the north end of the stadium. You will continue around the west end of the stadium until you pass gate 17. Walk along the stadium until you see a set of glass doors between gates 17 and 23. This is the entrance you will need to use.

Booth Space

Your Career Day space will consist of a 6 ft. rectangular table, two chairs and a table cover. The tables will be spaced at least 4 feet apart to allow for floor displays, etc. Access to electrical outlets is available, but not always in close proximity to your table. Recruiters are required to bring their own extension cords.

Interview Day

Participation in interview day is not included with your registration payment. Payment for interview day includes food, beverage and parking for two representatives. There is a $25 charge for each additional table request. The additional request includes table and two chairs (does not include parking passes or meals for additional recruiters).

You will receive a packet upon check-in that includes a blank interview schedule. You are in complete control of the schedule – including setting the times to interview and when you take breaks and lunch. You may choose to schedule students in any of the following ways:

  • during the career fair as you meet and talk with attendees, or
  • collecting resumes throughout the day and deciding later who you would like to interview.

All interviews will be held in the Huntington Club (Ohio Stadium).
